I am very proud to say that I am the designer of the patterns you see here, many of my ideas have come from things I have made in the past, or things I see around town. I take the things I like about something and re-create it something for my little tiny girls, and the boys of my friends. Then if it works on them, they are comfortable, not trying to chew it off or pee on it, or just really don't like it.

I'll put it here on my site.

I am blessed to have a very supportive and loving Husband who loves to see what I have done or come up with. It's always something.Im always at the craft store or online, picking a new yarn color scheme or a new fabric.

So how did this all begin?

Well, I actually taught myself how to crochet many years ago with a good book and a good reason to sit around and have time to learn something new. I was pregnant. I had already had a bit of knowledge from when my Mom was begining taught by a friend, I was still in High School and had no desire to actually learn, but I did watch. I also took a needle craft class in High School, see I had an interest and it was what I thought easy credit. I loved clothes and fashion so I also took a Fashion Design and Marketing class. Loved Mrs. Baranski, she was my mentor and always said this is something I would be good at, I bet she had no idea would all end up here. Designing for Tiny pets and now putting my items on the internet to share with others.

My first successful item way back when was a sweater for my first born (a son), it was made from the ole granny squares. It came out really cute so I made a matching blanket as well. From there it was a second pregnancy more complicated Blankets and sweaters, then on to Dolls for my second born (a daughter). Then I worked on Doilies for family and friends and I would make all kinds of fun stuff form then on.

Then of course work, and life and time was precious, I did a few things here and there, but not to much. Then few years ago I stopped working, my husband got this absolutely adorable, tiny, tiny little Yorkie for me, we named Princess Ella. She was so tiny when we got her, she would shiver at the slightest drop in temperature, so needed to be kept warm. We would wrap her in a blanket, she was just like a baby, I'd put her under our shirts to help her stay warm if she were outside with us. I tried would buy her almost everything I saw that was marked XXS or XS and she just swam in them. We spent a lot of time and money trying to fit this tiny one. We even went to Malibu and Hollywood California, where they sell to the "stars" and their tiny pets, they were marketing their really "Tiny" sizes. Well, we found out that "tiny" means different things to different people because all of their "tiny" stuff was still to big.

We bought the tiniest sweater they had it was pretty expensive, this tiny sweater cost $45.00, that was pretty expensive in 2002. The sweater fit her better than anything else we had bought for her to that date. The quality was not what we thought it should have been for the price. It began to unravel within just a couple of days. I was not happy, I knew I could have done better, so I sat and inspected every stitch, every seam I was going to figure out just how it was made. and I was going to make something similar and better. I really wanted something that would actually fit this tiny little girl, and not fall apart. So I cut it into pieces, wrote some notes, got out the knitting needles and began to make pieces similar in shape. It worked, but I knew it could be better still, but I had a working model now. I went about making some changes, I still wanted a better more comfortable fit. And soon I had it. she now has a lot knitted sweaters, made just for her. But I am not a Huge knitting fan, It's slow for me (sorry avid knitters), but I do LOVE crochet. So gathered all my notes and my new found knowledge on shape and size and made some really cute crochet sweaters that fit this really tiny little body.
I was happy When we took her out during the cooler months, others noticed her, I sold a few of my outfits, then a few more. Soon people would ask about the pattern and other dog owners and crafter's would tell me that there was nothing like these anywhere. Other crafter's wanted to make them themselves. Or even just crochet patterns, there really wasn't much out there for crochet er's. I began really looking around at craft stores, on the internet and what I noticed was that I could find all kinds of knit things for pets, but very little crochet. So today, I am proud to bring you some fun, unique and easy crochet patterns for you to have fun with. You can be your pets personal designer.

.
I also made my own easy to sew pattern for a jacket back in 2004.
Ella was much more comfortable and warm in this style than any other.
With trial and error, I learned to make dresses, even a cheer dress to coordinate with my daughters High School uniform, visors, hats, harness' and more.

But my first LOVE is the crochet patterns.

I am in the process of developing a Limited Edition series that will soon be available right here. So please check back often.

Since Princess Ella and Gracie were so tiny, I took my patterns even smaller...
